FC Helsingør and striker Anosike Ementa have agreed to a contract extension, the club announced on Monday. Currently with the Under-19s, Ementa will now have the chance to develop and grow as his career takes off.
“I have chosen to extend in FCH because I am incredibly happy to be here,” Ementa said. “I feel at home with the club and this is where I feel I can develop best.”
FCH Head of Youth Development Kenneth Rasmussen is excited for “Ano” has extended his stay with FCH.
“What you see with Ano first is his physical potential, which is obvious for a player north of the two meters. But he actually has a very well-developed technical ability, and his understanding for the game is also very high-level. He is both very strong and a versatile finisher, and he’s scored goals at both the U17 and U19 level. He also has contributed a lot of assists, illustrating his well-developed game understanding.
“Anosike is a very talented player with a great opportunity for further development, and we are really pleased that he has chosen to stay, despite interest from other clubs. We have compiled a good development plan for Ano, which will bring him into play for the first team soon.”
