FC Helsingør's 2004 age group has this week had 3 players selected for the DBU U15 futures camp on 11 September 2018. The 04 age group plays in one of the country's best U15 leagues (U15 East 1 group 1), where they play against teams such as FCK, Lyngby BK, FCN, HB Køge and Brøndby IF.
The futures camps are DBU's training camps for players who technically and tactically are in contention for the youth national teams, but who may just be lacking that final bit physically, as players at this age develop at different speeds.
The three players are; Lucas Lach, originally from Snekkersten IF; Olav Fog Godvin, originally from Fredensborg B&I; and Robert Marcus, who has recently joined FCH from Jægersborg Boldklub.
– It is a great credit to the hard work that our parent and partner clubs, as well as our scouting department, do on a daily basis. As a club, we are very proud that we can have three players selected for these camps. It is yet another signal that we are moving in the right direction with the club's talent development and club partnerships. It is one of those pats on the back we are very happy about, says René Lybek Hansen, T+ coach in FCH Talent.
