FC Helsingør changes ticketing system to Boldbillet.dk
We have listened to you! 🥵
Since we changed ticketing systems, we have received a number of responses from both fans and sponsors.
We have listened to them.
For us, it is important that it should be easy and simple to buy a ticket and come to football at Helsingør Stadium. Therefore, after an overall assessment, we have decided to go our own way and return to our previous ticketing system at Boldbillet.
We have tried to make the current joint solution work as well as possible, but when we experience that it does not provide the user-friendliness and simplicity that we want for you, we must also be willing to act.
Therefore, we are now returning to a solution that most of you already know, and which we believe is a better fit for FC Helsingør and our needs.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to provide feedback. It is important to us, and this decision is a good example of how we listen when you tell us what works and what does not.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the stadium via Boldbillet.
To those of you who have bought season tickets or subscriptions, you will be contacted directly.
See you on Sunday for the home match at Helsingør Stadium. 🥵⚽️
