Who is responsible?

Information and purposes
We process your name, email address, any phone number and company details, and the information you provide about your event or proposed partnership. We use this to respond to and follow up on your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an agreement. Please do not send personal identification numbers, health information or other sensitive information through the forms.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR when you ask us to prepare an agreement with you, and Article 6(1)(f) for other enquiries and business contacts. Our legitimate interest is to respond to enquiries and manage contact with customers and business partners.
The website also processes technical information, including your IP address, browser information and security signals, to deliver the site and protect forms against abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f). Optional embeds from Behold/Instagram and Scoreaxis load with your consent under Article 6(1)(a). Besøgsstatistik — kun med dit samtykke
Når du tillader statistik, bruger vi Google Analytics til at måle besøg og gennemførte henvendelser. Google modtager tekniske oplysninger om browser og forbindelse samt en cookieidentifikator. Vi sender ikke navn, e-mail, telefonnummer eller beskedindhold til Analytics. Adresser renses for søgeparametre og fragmenter. Annoncering og Google Signals er slået fra.
Analytics-cookies har en levetid på op til 60 dage. Bruger- og hændelsesdata er indstillet til to måneders opbevaring; aggregerede standardrapporter kan opbevares længere. Du kan afvise statistik uden at miste adgang til hjemmesiden og formularerne. Ved tilbagekaldelse slettes Analytics-cookies, og siden genindlæses for at stoppe målingen.

Who receives the information?
Relevant FC Helsingør staff handle enquiries. Our suppliers may process information to operate and maintain the website and send emails: a-round, Cloudflare (hosting, storage and Turnstile), Resend (sending), Microsoft 365 (club email) and CookieFirst (consent choices). We do not use form data to automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Cloudflare and Resend may process information outside the EU/EEA, including in the USA. Their transfer mechanisms include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, an adequacy decision. How long is information retained?
Retention depends on the enquiry. Information must be deleted when it is no longer needed to respond and follow up, manage an agreement or document a specific legal claim. Statutory retention requirements may require a longer period. This assessment covers both the form system and email; archiving an enquiry is not the same as deleting it. Backups may contain an earlier copy until they are replaced or deleted.
Your rights
Under the applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your information. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Write to mail@fchelsingor.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Contacting us is voluntary. Without the necessary contact and enquiry details, we cannot handle your enquiry through the form. We do not make automated decisions about your booking or partnership. Ticket purchases, the club shop and other external services have their own privacy policies.
