Goalkeeper coach Thomas Frederiksen is leaving FC Helsingør with immediate effect. The club had informed Thomas that his contract would not be extended after the season, as they wanted to go in a different direction profile-wise in the role.

Thomas Fredriksen has, based on this, wished to leave the club with immediate effect. Thus, Thomas will be on the bench for today's match against AGF for the last time, after which he will say goodbye for now.

Janus Kyhl says:
I would like to thank Thomas for his work at the club for a little more than 2 years, and his participation in our journey toward the top of Danish football. He has maintained a high professional level and has been a skilled sparring partner for our goalkeepers. The club thanks him for his time here, and we wish Thomas all the best in his future path on the football map, and say see you again on the pitches.

Goalkeeper coach Christian Fischer will temporarily take over responsibility for first-team training, in cooperation with the rest of the goalkeeper coaches at the club.
