FC Helsingør A/S invites a selected group of good supporters, “friends and family” to subscribe for shares in FC Helsingør A/S. We want a solid local anchoring of the ownership of the football club.
We want to secure a good and long-term ownership solution around the club consisting of several local investors The board has prepared an INVESTOR MEMO. A substantial work of 21 pages focusing on the local roots, investment, business model, sporting ambitions and talent development, etc. It is also a strategic plan for what we want in the coming years. The strategy is to be used as a mirror for decisions, projects and new methods and show that there is consistency between what we want and what we actually do.
