Sterling Yatéké has signed a contract extension with FC Helsingør.
The striker, who came to Helsingør in the summer of 2022, has been sidelined this season with an injury that has kept him out since August. He otherwise got off to a great start in the season opener against Næstved, where he helped secure the win by 2-1 with a goal and an assist.
Yatéké is still out, but his rehabilitation is going according to plan, and we expect to see him back in action in the new year.
Initially, Yatéké's contract was set to expire in the summer, but with the contract extension he will therefore remain in Helsingør until the end of 2025
