In line with FC Helsingør Talent developing, the local business community has also chosen to support the great work in the youth department. For the same reason, FCH Talent, in collaboration with Sparekassen Sjælland, has chosen to create a new award to honour the talent of the year at FC Helsingør: the Sparekassen Sjælland Talent Award, generously sponsored by Sparekassen Sjælland.

The talent of the year is chosen based on the criteria below, and is selected in cooperation between FCH Talent and Helsingør Talent & Elite. One of the most important criteria for both Sparekassen Sjælland, Helsingør Elite Sports Academy (HEA) and FCH Talent is that both school and sport go closely and well together for the nominees.

Criteria for awarding the Sparekassen Sjælland Talent Award:

Each calendar year we name a player who is both a student on HEA’s sports track and an FCH youth player.
This award is given to recognise the recipient’s abilities, both as a football player at FC Helsingør and as a student at Helsingør Elite Sports Academy. Along the way, the recipient has shown great dedication, focus, maturity and not least a talent for developing as a student, player and person. These traits have in turn enabled the recipient to perform on the pitch and in the classroom.
At the same time, the recipient has used their social skills and helped create well-being and a good learning environment in both contexts.

The nominees this year are:

Nicklas Skou Holm – U19

Emil Steen Rasmussen – U17

Valdemar Axel Holze Licht-Larsen – U17

Joshua Hansen – U15

Felix Morbeck – U14

The award will be presented at half-time of FC Helsingør's last home match in the Alka Superliga
So come down and give the recipient of the Sparekassen Sjælland Talent Award 2018 a big hand.
