Tomorrow we play the 1. round in the Cup in Hvidovre at 18.00.
The squad had its final preparations today, and head coach Morten Eskesen has the following to say about tomorrow's cup match:
– Tomorrow's match will be used for several things. First of all, we really want to win tomorrow and then go as far as possible in the cup tournament. The tournament can give the players and our fans some great and fun experiences together if the draw turns out in our favor. The match will also be used to give playing time to some of the players who have not had so much playing time in the first two matches, as well as playing time to some of the players who have been injured during the pre-season and have not gotten minutes in the friendly matches. So the cup match comes at a good time for us now that many of the players are on their way back from injuries and lack playing time. The match also benefits our relationships within the team in relation to the new players who have joined the club.
In addition to tomorrow's cup match, we have another home match on Friday the 5. August at 19.00, when we host FC Fredericia at home in the 3. round of the NordicBet League.
We hope there will be many fans to support us in Hvidovre, we will do everything we can to give them a victory
Head coach Morten Eskesen
