FC Helsingør's mental coach, Rasmus Bagger, was once again at the club to inspire and motivate the team ahead of Sunday's season opener.

The mental aspect of elite sport is hugely important, and it can be the difference between reaching your goal or succumbing to, for example, pressure that the players place on themselves or from the outside world.

Rasmus' skills in mental coaching and performance have created results for some of Denmark's largest companies, and in the world of sport he has been attached to several of the country's Superliga teams.

His work with elite sport is based on Rasmus' extensive experience, which comes from his own professional career, where he has won several national and international titles, including in modern pentathlon.

Rasmus is from the town himself and has long followed along from the sidelines. He has previously known both the team's head coach, Daniel Pedersen, and director Bo Bay Hougaard, whom he believes are the right people to take the club to the next level. Therefore, he also sees great value in helping the first team reach their full potential and build a strong winning culture at the club.

With Rasmus on the team, the squad has the best conditions for success, both on and off the pitch. His strong belief in the project will undoubtedly help drive the team forward and maximize the players' performance.
