It is not only the first team that is working on player arrivals and adjusting the squad. There is also hard work going on behind the scenes on the talent side to secure the future.
On Tuesday, the 15-year-old attacking talent William Arnesen signed a youth contract with FC Helsingør, tying the young attacking player to the club until his 18th birthday.
Talent manager Marc Thevis is delighted with the contract with the teenager.
– “Arne” is a very exciting player who has a low center of gravity, is hugely technically skilled, and strong in the offensive 1-versus-1 situations. He shoots almost equally well with both feet, and has a very well-developed eye for his teammates. He has probably been involved in something like 80% of the goals we have scored when he has played. In addition, he is very diligent and hard-working with his football, and he lives up to a very high degree to the virtues that we seek to cultivate in our players on the talent teams, and throughout the club.
