After the 4-2 win over Hvidovre IF in the first round of the Cup at Pro Ventilation Arena, Oliver Kass Kawo said he was satisfied with FCHelsingør’s performance.

A win and a starting spot for you in the cup against Hvidovre, what did you think of your and your team's effort?

– I thought it was a good effort. Personally, I haven't played for some time, I've been injured, so fitness-wise it was a bit tough for me, but I'm getting there. As a team we could have been a little better in the build-up play and had a bit more patience with the ball, but we stand well together as a unit and score on our chances – even though we could have scored more. So all in all a good effort.

For a young player like you, what do you take from such a knockout match like yesterday?

– When I go into a match it is always to win and that is the only result. Of course we would have been knocked out yesterday if we had lost, but the approach is always to win and I am happy that we did.

The next match is at home against FC Fredericia in the NordicBet Liga on Friday 5 August at 19.00.
