A good start to the first half, as FC Helsingør put OB under good pressure in the first 5 minutes. After 11 minutes had passed, Emmanuel Sabbi dribbled his way through the FCH defence and shot the ball beautifully into the opposite corner. 0-1 to OB.
FCH had difficulty finding their rhythm again and 8 minutes after their first goal, OB won a free kick, which was delivered beautifully to Kasper Larsen, who headed the ball into the net. 0-2 to OB.
3 minutes later there was miscommunication in the FCH defence, which Max Fenger took advantage of and could calmly roll the ball into the goal. 0-3 to OB.
FCH were subsequently able to keep possession of the ball and create several chances, however without success.
The second half offered many chances for both the home and away team, but neither side could find the net.
The match ends 0-3 to OB and FC Helsingør are now out of the Sydbank Cup.
