Today FC Helsingør’s partner network was once again gathered in the SparNord Lounge. This time with a visit from Michael Casparij, who gave an exciting and inspiring talk about leadership, employee engagement and how we identify and bring individual talents into play in the best possible way.
The morning started with a delicious breakfast buffet provided by Nordsjællands Catering and after a short introduction from CEO Bo Bay Hougaard, where the club’s situation was quickly discussed and the fine 3 place in the regular season gave rise to the announcement of this year’s summer party.
Michael then took the floor and began the talk by focusing on engagement and the importance of this in connection with personal leadership.
The partners were then asked via an app to answer questions that formed the basis for their individual talent profile. The results were discussed at the tables and afterwards Michael talked about how these can be used positively and in the best possible way in the workplace, so that both employees and management can better understand each other.
It is about helping each other succeed when you have to work well together as a team.
To conclude, Bo Bay Hougaard once again took the microphone and put into words some episodes where he himself has used the leadership tools Michael introduced and how talents in different situations and within different areas are completely essential.
