FC Helsingør held our first open networking meeting today, where, in addition to our current partners, we had invited leaders from the entire city’s business community.
After a delicious breakfast buffet delivered by Nordsjællands Catering, director Bo Bay Hougaard took the floor and welcomed everyone.
After a brief review of the club’s performances since the last networking meeting, the focus turned to the upcoming transfer window and the next season. Then the club’s recently appointed mental coach and partner, Rasmus Bagger, took the floor. He raised the energy level in Spar Nord Loungen with exercises in body language and presentation. After that it was time for today’s talk on leadership by Troels Gotlieb. The focus was on leadership styles and the difference between leadership in elite sports and in ordinary business, based on his book – Aben følger med, magt og begær i menneskets psykologi.
