Today we had a visit from a masterclass from HHX Hillerød.
The day started with a presentation from our CEO Bo Bay Haugaard, where the students received an introduction to the club, the club's finances and vision. The main focus of the presentation was running a sustainable football club, and how the finances must be balanced. Bo concluded the presentation with 3 cases about the stadium experience, merchandise and sponsors, which the class had a few hours to work on. Before the work got underway, they were given a tour of the stadium to give them a better insight into the facilities.
The day ended with presentations from the groups, who came with their input on the 3 cases. Here, some fine suggestions were made for improvements to the stadium experience and ideas for selling merchandise.
