Kim Drejs, who has been goalkeeping coach at FC Helsingør since the summer of 2018, is stepping down at his own request from FC Helsingør at the end of December.

Sporting director Brian Gellert praises Kim Drejs for his time at the club.
– Drejs has played a major part in helping us expand our professional setup at the club over the last few years. He has put in a 100% dedicated and diligent effort in everything he has done, and has to that extent taken our goalkeeping training to the next level. In addition to working with the goalkeepers, he also functioned as a kind of extra assistant coach for Morten Eskesen, especially in the period before Mikkel Thygesen arrived, and has been an important part of the daily training.

– Kim has informed us that he is seeking new challenges, and we will not stand in his way. The club wishes him all possible luck with his continued career. We are already in discussions within the sporting management about how we should replace Kim in the coaching staff, and how the coaching staff should be structured going forward. We expect to have the work in place before the spring season starts.
