FC Helsingør’s experienced striker Jeppe Kjær has put pen to paper and extended his contract by one year, so it now runs until the summer of 2022.

Kjær is happy to continue at the club
– There was no doubt in my mind, and when we started talking about extending, things moved quickly. Both my private life, the sporting project and the civilian career I have embarked on fit well together up here, and I am very, very happy that the contract has been extended.

– Everything works really well. It is an exciting project, the football is at a good level, and I feel good in the dressing room. In addition, the club has shown great flexibility in relation to the civilian career I have started alongside football. I actually do not think we could make things fit together any better right now.

Jeppe Kjær joined FC Helsingør last summer, and became top scorer in the shortened 2. Division season with 19 goals in 23 matches. This season he is already credited with seven goals in the first six matches in 1. Division.
