The sparring will take place through coach dialogue, visits to FCH training sessions, coaching courses and generally open environments both ways. An additional training offer takes place at FCH Talent Center South (in Hillerød) and FCH Talent Center North (in Helsingør) as well as FCH Top Center (in Fredensborg), where IS Skævinge Fodbold also serves as a partner club to FCH. The three centers are an offer for the U10-U12 players who show dedication, talent and willingness to learn. It is the clubs themselves that select and nominate the players for the Talent Center – via FCH.
