In January, we at FCH and on FCH's board began establishing FC Helsingør A/S, which is to form the foundation for the football club's future at the top of Danish football.
The establishment is running in three steps:
Step one: Establishment and incorporation of the company.
Step two: The foreign investors become part of the company
Step three: Sale of shares to fans and local businesses
We are now so far along in the process that we are ready for step three, and in that connection would like to invite all interested parties to an information meeting on Monday, 4 March at 19.00 at Comwell in Snekkersten.
If you are interested in attending, please write to tilmelding@fchelsingor.dk and tell us how many of you will come, and optionally which company you represent.
It is free to attend, and you are not committing to anything. This is solely an information meeting.
If you have already decided that you want to invest in shares in FCH, please write to aktier@fchelsingor.dk, and you will be contacted directly with more information as well as the prospectus.
At the meeting we will present and inform about the share prospectus for fans and local businesses. The prospectus is in the final stages of adjustments and layout, and we expect to be able to send the full prospectus by email to those registered next week, ahead of the meeting at Comwell. There you will be able to read more about what the future has in store for the club.
We and the American investors place great emphasis on the company being locally rooted, and therefore hope that as many local people as possible will support the share investment and become part of FC Helsingør's ownership group. You can buy as little as one share, and the price of one share will be 840,-
We have made the dream a reality before, and we know we can do it again. Show up on Monday, 4 March 2019 and hear about the new journey for FC Helsingør, and feel free to bring a neighbour or business partner.
We look forward to welcoming you as shareholders, and together moving FC Helsingør up into Top 15 in Danish football.
