Dear season ticket holder at FC Helsingør
The renewal of season tickets is now open.
There are some things you need to be aware of:
– You must use the same login as last year, i.e. the same email address and password.
– Over the past couple of years we have had a number of challenges with delivery through Post Danmark. Therefore, this year you can only collect the card either at our office on H.P. Christensens Vej 1, or at the stadium on match day.
(If you choose delivery by post, it still will not be sent, but you will be charged for shipping, so don't do that!)
– You must go to the following link, where you can renew the card and pay for it: https://shop.fchelsingor.dk/da/saesonkort/fornysaesonkort
– Each season ticket holder may bring one child under 16 per match, just like last year. The child’s name/email still has to be entered. Please first start entering from next week, as it is the same address used to renew the season tickets.
BUT: If you/you were at our office and bought one directly from us last year, the card must be made here again. They CANNOT be renewed via the internet, we have unfortunately had to establish.
We are open from 10-16 starting Monday and every day next week, where you can come by and renew your card, or pick up the card you have renewed.
Alternatively, you can call us between 10-16 Mon-Fri next week and renew it over the phone, and then we will set it aside for you for collection at the stadium at one of the first home matches. All cards that have not been collected at the office will be placed in the "box" at the stadium. They are placed under the name that appears on the card.
Sales of new cards are still not open. More info will follow at the beginning of next week.
