FC Helsingør says farewell to four players ahead of the spring season. Ismail Esen, William Kvist, Måns Herrmann and Lucas Ohlander are all leaving the club in January.
For all four, the coaching staff, in cooperation with the players, assessed that they were too far from first-team playing time for it to make sense for them to train with us for another half year.
– For all four I can say that we have had no reason to question their professionalism and work in training. It is simply a matter of us not being able to offer them the playing time that all footballers crave, says director Janus Kyhl. – In particular, Lucas Ohlander has at times been very close to the first team, and has also had playing time both in the cup and in the Alka Superliga. He is a player we would actually have liked to have been able to offer something more, but for Lucas it makes most sense that he gets out and finds regular playing time now. But I would like to thank all four for their time at the club, and wish them all the best in their careers going forward.
