On Monday, players and coaches from FC Helsingør were visited by 50 children and their families from Folkekirkens Feriehjælp, who trained with the first-team squad at the training ground on Gl. Hellebækvej.

The kids got an introduction to warm-up methods and tricks from the coaching team Lønstrup and Gellert. Afterwards, penalties were taken, and the session ended with seven-a-side games, where each team had a couple of players from the squad.

Folkekirkens Feriehjælp provides holiday experiences for families with children who are affected by unemployment, or other social challenges, and who otherwise would not be able to afford a holiday, and there were children and families present from all over Zealand. When training was over, both children and players walked with broad smiles to the clubhouse, where each child got an FC Helsingør ball to take home, with autographs from the players. The families are staying in Helsingør Ferieby, and are visiting North Zealand for the rest of the week.
