In this year's second training match, the FCH team went to the KB facilities to meet FC Copenhagen. FCH puts high pressure from the first minute, which rattles the FCK team. FCH manage to keep the ball in their own ranks. FCK look for counter opportunities and manage to succeed a few times. Hjalte Petersen stood in the right places to prevent an FCK goal. 32 minutes into the first half, the ball is played into the FCK penalty area, where Liam Jordan appears and can kick the ball past the FCK goalkeeper. 0-1 to FCH and the people from Helsingør go into the break with a 0-1 lead.
In the second half it is FCK who come out best from the start. 3 minutes into the second half, FCK manage to use their corner kick to equalize. 1-1 goal by Davit Kocholava.
FCK keep up the good run. 26 minutes after the equalizer, FCK can get past the FCH back line, where Orri Steinn Oskarsson shoots the ball into the goal. 2-1 to FCK.
FCK build on their momentum and can, 9 minutes after their second goal, find William Bøving in the FCH box, who can kick the ball into the net. 3-1 to FCK.
FCH respond quickly, however. Mikkel Knudsen finds Mathias Bill (U19) at the back of the FCK penalty area who can kick the ball into the goal. 3-2 goal for FCH.
FCK win a well-played and intense training match.
The next training match is on Saturday d. 29. January at 12.00 where we meet AB.
Morten Eskesen after the match: “I think it was a super good performance. We play really, really well. Especially in the first half, where we also score a fine goal. Then we drop back in the second half, where the physical side hits the team. But good morale and a good test for the team, where many players get playing time, so I am very satisfied.”
