Due to our many collaborations in the municipality and region, FCH Talent has established two C-licence coaching courses, in cooperation with DBU. On the 7th of April, 22 local coaches were on a course in Espergærde IF, and again here on the 22th of April 2018 there were a total of 23 local coaches on a C-licence course out at Hornbæk IF, in collaboration between DBU, the local clubs and FCH Talent.

T+ coach René Lybek Hansen is delighted that so many coaches are expanding their competencies:
– Earlier this year we held a course for 34 local coaches, where DBU coach Carsten Dohm came and inspired us out at Helsingør IF, and that we can already now again gather a full 45 local coaches for C-licence education, in close cooperation with our parent & partner clubs, is truly strong and good for children’s and youth football in the municipality and region.

In addition, FCH Talent has entered into a collaboration with Coerver Coaching Denmark to create an educational programme of 6x 3 hours of education in youth football over the coming 12 months. Coerver Coaching is a really exciting product for youth coaches and their philosophy and training methods are widely recognised in many international clubs and associations.

Coerver coaching focuses on individual skills and small group play as the most important part of learning the game. The way the training is put together is incredibly exciting in terms of giving the children the right skills for the final big game. In addition, Coerver Coaching and FCH have agreed to collaborate on holding a Coerver football school during the summer holidays.

Coerver Coaching Denmark also looks forward to the collaboration with FC Helsingør, says head coach in Denmark Hans Hansen:
– We are happy and proud that a big club like FC Helsingør has chosen us as a partner. FC Helsingør is going through an exciting development and we look forward to sharing our knowledge and experience, and through that helping to inspire FC Helsingør and their partner clubs. We naturally hope that the strong local and regional support for these courses and initiatives will continue, so that together we can become more skilled and further raise youth football up here in the North.
