FC Helsingør can now announce the team for the eSuperliga spring season. There are two returnees from the autumn: playing coach Wali Kazmi, and Nicklas Øland, who did not get playing time in his debut season. In addition to the two returnees, we can welcome Fatih ”FifaUstun” Üstün, as well as the brothers Oliver ”DonOli_” Mikkelsen and Emil ”Emil-M01” Mikkelsen.
Fatih Üstün plays for Mesut Özil's FIFA team, M10 eSports, and represented AGF on loan in the eSuperliga in the autumn. It is therefore a similar loan deal that ”FifaUstun” is joining FC Helsingør on. In the autumn, he became the highest-scoring player per minutes played in the tournament, with a full 3,67 goals per match. Brothers Emil and Oliver Mikkelsen are two promising talents who play daily for Virtual Pro Gaming, and who are also on loan in the spring season. A big thank you must therefore go to VPG for allowing the two to represent FC Helsingør in the coming season.
Our playing coach, Wali Kazmi, sees the squad for the spring as very exciting, and also puts a few words on the hopes for season 2:
– I think our squad for the spring looks really strong. Fatih is a top-class player, known for scoring many goals, which he will undoubtedly also do for us. In addition, I think we have some really exciting talents in the squad, in the form of Olandz, and the brothers Oliver and Emil Mikkelsen. So I feel that with such a squad we can certainly have some expectations of ourselves in the coming season. We are naturally also hungry to show the outside world that FC Helsingør can make its presence felt in the eSuperliga.
– Now I’m really just looking forward to kicking off the season on the 26. February against FC Midtjylland!
