This evening FC Helsingør hosted Jammerbugt FC, who met in the final round of the regular season. A good start to the first half for the Helsingør side, who put high pressure on the Jammerbugt team. 7 minutes into the match, Kristoffer Munksgaard played Tonni Adamsen free, who shot the ball into the near corner of the goal. 1-0 for FCH.
25 minutes into the match, Phillip Rejnhold wins the ball on Jammerbugt’s half and delivers a cross to Kristoffer Munksgaard, who gets the final touch on the ball before it ends up in the net. 2-0 for FCH.
In the second half, the FCH team continued to build on their momentum. It is Tonni Adamsen who intercepts the ball in midfield and drives it forward, where he makes a fine dribble past the Jammerbugt defense outside the penalty area and shoots the ball into the near corner. 3-0 for FCH.
Jammerbugt then got themselves well into the match and came close several times. However, Sebastian Mielitz kept the goal clean for the fourth match in a row.
The Helsingør side win 3-0 at Helsingør Stadion in the final round of the regular season and thus finish the regular season in first place.
The next match is a reserve team match away against Fremad Amager on the 22. March at 13.00
