You will work closely with the club’s other coaching staff and will report to the club’s head coach. Together with the club’s head coach, you will ensure that a strategy for the development of the club’s goalkeepers is laid down. You will be the driving force behind the strategic work and, in continuation of this, ensure the right initiatives in the ongoing execution.
We want a colleague who is dedicated to working with the club’s goalkeepers both on and off the pitch, including preparing video analyses and ensuring learning for the club’s goalkeepers. As the club’s goalkeeper coach, you engage in other parts of the game than goalkeeping – during training and matches you therefore have other areas of responsibility.
During the year you will be active in the cooperation with the goalkeeper coaches at the club’s academy, and together with colleagues a common thread will be ensured in the way the club’s goalkeepers are worked with.
We have the following expectations for you as an applicant:
You have completed UEFA GK A or have started this education.
You have a modern approach to goalkeeping and the training methods for it.
You take part in and engage with the team’s expression and style of play in order to educate the club’s goalkeepers in the best possible way.
You take responsibility in areas other than goalkeeper training in the daily work routines at the club, as we are all jointly responsible for developing our club.
