FC Helsingør has signed a contract with one of the club's brightest talents. The young defender Hans Christian “Kritte” Bonnesen has been given a contract, and will be attached to the first-team squad from the summer of ’19.
“Kritte”, as he is simply known in the U19 squad, usually plays centre-back, and is characterized by being a dedicated and hard-working player who is skilled at defending his goal.
Talent manager Kenneth Rasmussen has very great confidence in the young player:
– “Kritte” is a player I have known for many years. When I was at FC Nordsjælland, one of my tasks was to cut players when they moved from U15 to U17, and he was one of those who didn't make the cut. Therefore, his development up here is all the more impressive. He has been through a rapid development in every aspect, and above all he has been an example of what ambition and hard work can bring. In the sporting management we assess that he clearly has first-team potential, and he also regularly features with the seniors in reserve-team matches and training matches, just as he has been on the bench for the 1. division team several times.
– He is a “versatile player”, understood in the sense that he very much represents the values we work by at the club on a daily basis, and he is a player whose work ethic and professionalism make him someone our other U players should look up to, and see as an example of what we demand of an FCH player.
Hans Christian Bonnesen himself is very happy to have put pen to paper:
– Of course, this is a huge dream come true for me. It is what I have worked hard for for many years, so I am very happy. Now I have to go out and work even harder on the training pitch, and improve myself. My goal is to be a hard-working player who puts the team first. I think my best qualities are my leadership skills, one-on-one play, and my running capacity. I am really looking forward to developing further at FCH.
