FC Helsingør have extended Oliver Kjærgaard's contract, after it otherwise expired at the turn of the year. The versatile midfielder and attacking player is thus ready to help FCH maintain the status as 1. First-division club through the spring.
For Kjærgaard, there was not much to think about:
– We have a really good culture and a really good dressing room, so I am happy that we have extended it. For now, it runs until the summer, and then we will see from there.
Oliver Kjærgaard was used as an attacking player in the final matches of the autumn, and that is also the position he has played in the build-up:
– It has been a bit of an adjustment, but I think I have grown with the task together with the rest of the team, and hopefully I can get some goals on the board soon. Overall, we have had a really good build-up to the spring, despite all the Corona obstacles, and both I and the rest of the squad are in really good shape, and feel completely ready for the spring opener.
Oliver Kjærgaard and the rest of the squad open the second half of the season away against Kolding. It is Friday d. 12/02. at 18.00.
