It is not always that everything is eaten up in SparNord Loungen after the players and staff have been by. However, this does not mean that our food, delivered by our partner Nordsjællands Catering, goes to waste.
In collaboration with the residential facility Valhalla in Helsingør, we make sure that the surplus food is passed on.
Valhalla is a residential facility for citizens with long-term and active addiction, which may consist of alcohol, intoxicants and medication. In addition come mental illnesses, social problems and crime.
We are constantly working to be a sustainable club all the way around, including when it comes to food waste.
