25-year-old Jayce Olivero is the new man at FC Helsingør.
Jayce comes to Denmark from the top division in his homeland Gibraltar, where he has played for the club Europa FC for the past four years, who won the championship last season.
The left-back has played over eighty matches for Europa FC, eight of which have been in European competitions. In addition, he has plenty of international experience, having recently reached fifty appearances for the Gibraltar national team since making his debut back in 2016.
Jayce has previously trained with the team at FC Helsingør and therefore already knows the club and is very much looking forward to becoming a permanent part of the team.
“I want to say a massive thank you to everyone at FC Helsingør. I am truly grateful to be able to form part of this great club and will work hard everyday to repay that trust.
I look forward to stepping out on the pitch with my fellow teammates and giving my all for this club and it’s great fan base.”
The Gibraltar national team is currently called up for camp, but Jayce will join FC Helsingør later in the month, so he will be match-ready after the upcoming international break.
Jayce Olivero has signed a deal that runs until 30/6-2024
