FC Helsingør has today visited both Helsingør Gymnasium and Skolen i Bymidten.
Today FC Helsingør was out at the local upper secondary school, namely Helsingør Gymnasium. Football, new ownership, volunteering and much more was discussed with the young people from HG. In addition, some free tickets were also handed out so the school’s students can help contribute to the atmosphere at Helsingør stadion when we take on Hobro IK on Saturday at 13.
Later we took some player profiles down to the school in the city center, where the children from the middle grades got to meet the players. Here the students in 6.Q and 6.R were visited by Kasper Enghardt, Jakob Vadstrup, Daniel Haarbo and Valdemar Schousboe. The students asked the players some good questions, and then a lot of autographs were signed and tickets handed out.
This will hopefully increase interest going forward, so that in time we can have the stadium filled with young fans. FC Helsingør would like to become more engaged in the local youth in the future, and create a culture in Helsingør where the youth rally around the whole city’s team.
Thank you for letting us stop by!
