Alexander Hvid is FC Helsingør's third signing in this transfer window.
The 18-year-old attacking player with a past in both FCH and HIF returns home after one year in Brøndby.
The local Helsingør boy first wore the FCH shirt as a 12-year-old, but after missing his friends in the parent club HIF, he again chose to don the red HIF shirt.
It became 2 seasons for HIF, including a season in the top division with 26 goals in 13 matches. After that, Alexander was ready again to turn out for FCH, which he did until 2022.
Now Alexander is back in Helsingør after signing a 1-year contract, which he is very happy about:
“It is wonderful to come back to your childhood club. It is big if I can break through as a player when you have been part of the academy. I have had a close bond with our coach Daniel, who now leads the senior squad.”
“When the offer was put on the table, it made sense to return to Helsingør.
It will be a great experience to run onto the pitch for a first-team match and see our fans. You can always hear our fans and it will be super cool to be able to run onto the pitch to the sound of their cheers.”
