FC Helsingør sold winger Adnan Mohammad to Lyngby Boldklub on the final day of the transfer window, and he will join with immediate effect.
The transfer between Lyngby and Helsingør only fell into place at the last minute on transfer deadline day, and therefore both clubs, the player and the Danish League Association have been extra careful with the paperwork and the timing of the signature. Everything is now in place, and Adnan Mohammed is therefore ready to turn out for Lyngby.
Janus Kyhl sends Adan Mohammad south with praise:
– We have been very happy to have Adnan here at the club. He is a good guy who always has a smile on his face, and he is a player who on his good days definitely has Superliga level. But Adnan has also found it difficult to reach the same level he had last autumn, and he has had a wish for a change of scenery and to test himself in another setup. We have never hidden the fact that FC Helsingør is a club that is happy to help players move on in their careers, and we have gotten a fairly reasonable price for Adnan. We see Adnan off with regret, but feel well compensated, and we assess that we have the types in the squad who can fill his place.
I would like to thank Adnan for his time at the club, and wish him good luck with his career going forward.
Adnan Mohammad reached 39 matches in the FCH shirt.
